hey hey!!

My name is Olivia, and my journey with videography is, er… unconventional.

In high school, I took two years of videography and loved it. In my senior year, I heavily considered going to art school, however being first gen I picked the more “stable choice” and went to Loyola University Chicago to study biology. I got my Bachelor’s in 2022 and shortly after started working in a laboratory. I quickly realized this was not the direction I wanted to go in.

By sheer luck, my dance instructor at the time was working at an ad agency as a videographer. I chatted with him about it in the spring of 2023 and he said “how about we film a wedding together?” and this is where my journey began.

I shot my first wedding that spring, and fell in love with it. Ever since I got a camera in my hands, I have not put it down. Over the past 3 years, I’ve been learning everything that I can about creating impactful stories, pre and post production, editing, sound design, color correction, and anything that sparks my creativity in the video world.

Last year I made the move to go all in, and pursue my passion full time. If you have a project that you’d like to bring to life let’s connect and make it happen!!
